Average length of presentation including introduction, discussion, Q&A:  60-90  minutes.

*First “awareness” workshop in a school is free. One guest lecture in a college class per semester is free. There will be a fee for a follow-up ongoing online professional development class, as offered in the past.

  • Important factors for implementing ePortfolios: purpose and audience, process and product, learning and accountability
  • Creating the Action Plan- Curricular and Technological Considerations
  • What are the issues that need to be addressed?

1:00 – 4:00  The afternoon is more hands-on for a core group to craft a
combined vision statement that can be presented to the entire group

  • Discussion of Pros and Cons of different ePortfolio structures
  • Discussion of ePortfolio Tools Choices
  • Vision Statement. (First draft)
  • Next steps for finalizing.
  • Change Process (small Group/Large Group discussion)
  • Implementation, etc.
